How a consultation works

After you book and your payment is verified, you receive a time and a video link. We discuss your symptoms and history, then I guide you through simple movement tests on camera.

You leave with an explanation of what may be contributing to the problem, advice and exercises, and a recommendation for next steps.

What you need

• A phone or laptop with a camera and a stable connection
• Enough space to move, and comfortable clothing
• Any relevant reports or scans, which you can share once your appointment is confirmed

When online is not the right fit

Some problems need an in-person examination or medical investigation. If that applies, we will tell you and suggest the appropriate next step. Online consultations are for patients in Pakistan; if you are elsewhere, mention your location and we will confirm whether an online appointment is possible.

Fees and payment

Online consultations are paid in advance by bank transfer or mobile wallet and confirmed once payment is verified.
