What I collect

When you request an appointment I collect your name, age, contact details, location, appointment preferences, the health information you choose to share, any reports you upload and payment references or proof.

Why

This information is used only to assess whether I can help, to arrange and deliver your care, to verify payment and to keep clinical records.

How it is protected

Booking requests are sent by email to me through the FormSubmit email service and are not stored on this website or in a patient database. Payment screenshots are attached to that email. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

Analytics

If website analytics are enabled, they record only anonymous usage such as pages visited. Names, symptoms, reports and payment details are never sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@drharrispt.com. Some records may need to be kept for clinical or legal reasons.
